Raw Material

  • Polyester Resin

    1. Orthophthalic
It is a general purpose resin, economically efficient and an unsaturated polyester resin with basic properties. It is widely used in various GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) fields. It is utilized in the production of economically viable general-purpose pultrusion products.
    2. Iso / Terephthalic
This type of resin offers excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance and mechanical strength. Therefore, it provides outstanding resistance to hydrolysis, ensuring the high durability of GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) products. It is applied in various plant industries and structural components.
  • Vinyl Ester Resin

    1. Bisphenol type
This type of resin shows excellent resistance to acids, alkalis and other corrosive substances along with strong mechanical properties and impact resistance. It is a premium resin used in the production of corrosion-resistant pultrusion products and products that require high mechanical strength.
    2. Novolac type
This type of resin provides a wider range of corrosion resistance against acids, alkalis and solvents and possesses extremely high heat resistance. It is used in the production of pultrusion products that require high heat resistance.
  • Epoxy Resin

    1. BPA type
This type of resin shows excellent impregnation and bonding properties to glass fibers, enabling the production of denser pultrusion products and can be highly utilized in various fields due to its high impact resistance, fatigue resistance and electrical insulation. Its outstanding corrosion resistance, solvent resistance and scratch resistance make it suitable for applications in areas such as corrosionresistant panels, corrosion-resistant equipment and corrosion-resistant ducts.
    2. BPF type
This type of resin has a low viscosity and rapid curing, enabling high curing and crosslinking density shortly after pultrusion molding. It is applied to the manufacturing of pultrusion products for automotive parts and aerospace/defense industries, offering extremely high mechanical strength, excellent dimensional stability and outstanding heat resistance and fatigue resistance.
  • Urethane Resin

    1. Urethane resin possesses low viscosity and rapid curing characteristics. With its rapid impregnation of glass fibers and excellent bonding, it offers strong mechanical properties and durability when applied to pultrusion products and its inherent flexibility provides high impact resistance. It enables the molding of complex shapes and products with thin thickness without cracking, making it suitable for molding highstrength, high-density and high-durable pultrusion products. It also shows excellent resistance to weathering, wear and chemicals, making it to be primarily used in composite window frames and curtain walls.
